Green Leafy Vegetables are good source of vitamins like A, C and K and minerals such as calcium and iron. You can add canola or olive oil when eating this type of vegetables in order to absorb the vitamins and minerals in our body. Examples of these vegetables are lettuce, spinach, kale, broccoli and other related dark color vegetables.
Healthy Food is necessary in order to have a healthy body and sound mind. Fruits are also very good for our health as the saying goes "An apple a day will keep a doctor away".
