My boss told us before that it is our right to do that if we find a better company that will give us higher salary and better benefits. I did not give any comments about their plan because I do not want to be involved and I think it is their right so why not. I think if you are not happy and not contented with your present salary and there is no more room for you to grow then find somewhere else.
Planning to resign
Since there is no salary increased some of the employees in the company are planning to resign. Last year they also made trouble when they did a mass resignation, actually I was with them too. The reason for last year is not the salary but because of the management.
