My nephew was playing in our room and I could not stop him from closing and opening our new cabinet. At first I tolerate him because I was thinking that it was new and he was enamor by its color. But he said that he will put his personal belonging there and no plan to remove them. I asked him why. He said that he really like the color of the new cabinet because it is different from the other.

Well, I know that he is bright and very observant child so I let him take the space for his thing. When I asked my sister where she bought it she said that it was given to her as a gift from our friend in United States. My teacher's Pet

When I was in college my teacher used to bring her favorite cat Molly to our school and all of us were very happy because the cat was so adorable and cute. She told us that the cat was worth $200.00 when she bought it as a kitten. So the cat was really attached to her that Molly eat too when my teacher was taking her lunch.

I asked her what soap did she use to maintain Molly's beautiful silky hair. I told her that I have a native cat too in our house but the problem was it has a lot of fleas that my mother told me not to play with our cats and dogs. We have no control over this 10%.
The other 90% is different.

How? By your reaction.
You cannot control a red light, but you can control your reaction.
Don't let people fool you; YOU can control how you
react.

Let's use an example.
You are eating breakfast with your family.
Your daughter knocks over a cup of coffee onto your business shirt.
You have no control over what just what happened.
What happens next will be determined by how you react.
You curse. You harshly scold your daughter for knocking the cup over.

She breaks down in tears.
After scolding her, you turn to your spouse and criticize her for
placing the cup too close to the edge of the table.
A short verbal battle follows.
You storm upstairs and change your shirt.
Back downstairs, you find your daughter has been too busy crying to
finish breakfast and get ready for school.
She misses the bus.
Your spouse must leave immediately for work.
You rush to the car and drive your daughter to school.
Because you are late, you drive 40 miles an hour in a 30 mph speed
limit.
After a 15-minute delay and throwing $60 traffic fine away, you
arrive at school.

Your daughter runs into the building without saying goodbye.
After arriving at the office 20 minutes late, you find you forgot
your briefcase.
Your day has started terribly.
As it continues, it seems to get worse and worse.
You look forward to coming home, When you arrive home, you find a
small wedge in your relationship with your spouse and daughter.
Why? Because of how you reacted in the morning.
Why did you have a bad day?

A) Did the coffee cause it?
B) Did your daughter cause it?
C) Did the policeman cause it?
D) Did you cause it?

The answer is D.
You had no control over what happened with the coffee.
How you reacted in those 5 seconds is what caused your bad day.
Here is what could have and should have happened.
Coffee splashes over you.
Your daughter is about to cry.
You gently say, "It's ok honey, you just need to be more careful next
time."
Grabbing a towel you rush upstairs.
After grabbing a new shirt and your briefcase, you come back down
in time to look through the window and see your child getting on the bus.

She turns and waves.
You arrive 5 minutes early and cheerfully greet the staff.
Your boss comments on how good the day you are having.
Notice the difference?


Ø Two different scenarios.
Ø Both started the same.
Ø Both ended differently.
Ø Why? Because of how you REACTED.
Ø You really do not have any control over 10% of what happens.
Ø The other 90% was determined by your reaction.

Here are some ways to apply the 90/10 principle.
Ø If someone says something negative about you , don't be a sponge.
Ø Let the attack roll off like water on glass.
Ø You don't have to let the negative comment affect you!
Ø React properly and it will not ruin your day.
Ø A wrong reaction could result in losing a friend, a love one, getting
stressed out etc.
Ø How do you react if someone cuts you off in traffic?
Ø Do you lose your temper?
Ø Pound on the steering wheel?
Ø A friend of mine had the steering wheel fall off!
Ø Do you curse?
Ø Does your blood pressure skyrocket?
Ø Do you try and bump them? WHO CARES if you arrive ten seconds later at
work?
Ø Why let the cars ruin your drive and your day ?

Remember the 90/10 principle, and do not worry about it.

Ø The plane is late; it is going to mangle your schedule for the day.
Ø Why take out your frustration on the flight attendant?
Ø She has no control over what is going on.
Ø Use your time to study, get to know the other passenger.
Ø Why get stressed out?
Ø It will just make things worse.

Next Friday our trainer will go home to his country, Latvia. He was here for forty days and honestly we will miss him because he is such a funny guy. He is only 22 years old but I learned lots of things from him. One of the things that we learned is about being a hardworking person. Anyway he will comeback if time permits.

People come and go but the most important thing that we should keep in mind is the memories because this is the only thing that we can have until we die. Some people are making walls instead of bridges but for me I do not have the time to whine or to face the hostility of this world. I always cherished each day that passed me by.

If you have bitterness in your life I think it is better to let it go and start doing positive things in life. Live life to the fullest and be healthy and wealthy. God Speed.

Use your time wisely

One of the best attitude that you must cultivate is how to use your time wisely. many people are not aware that they are wasting their precious time and go on procrastination. I always have a schedule like for example every Friday I wash my clothes because that is the only time that I can do it, other days after work are used for blogging and cooking foods.

Planning is the key answer to this hectic schedule that you have. It is also wise to divide your time like for example you should know you will have after a year or after five years. Planning ahead will solve all your problem and even can give you more momentum to success. One success will lead to another. Wealth and money will grow exponentially if you know how to use your time wisely. Just move on everyday but with a blueprint of other people success.

You can both leverage time and money but leveraging time is very hard because you can't borrow time like money. Once you do not use your time wisely then it is gone forever. If you want to have your wealth and health in the right track then start using your time wisely.

The color of money

Five years ago I subscribed to a cable TV in our locality and it happened that the cable guy was my classmate, back in high school years. Actually we were close friend in high school but I could not believe he will put himself in shame when he asked for money when he did the installation. I mean he could have said that he needs money and if I have money I will give him tips, that's no problem with me. He asked for an amount as service charge where in fact I knew the owner of the Cable TV and the owner said that the installation is free.

Well time flies where everyone changed. He learned to cheat and the sad thing is I was his victim. I am not talking here about how much he got from me, but the friendship. If he could have just said it in a right way. He lost what more than he could get. I pitied him.

I valued honesty so much to the point that when you lied to me, everything is through. Until now I have a grudge or something to that effect but I am trying to control and forget about it. I don't want to waste my time worrying to things that will not improve my livelihood so to speak. Aside from that I want to live healthy and rich so why worry to things that I did not commit right?

There are times when we need to learn the value of what we learn from school, especially if you were brought up in a religious school. Where is the moral there? Serving in a church as priest helper as sacristan.

The only thing that does not change in this world is change itself.

How to spot a liar?

I have a lot of experiences about lying. There is a saying that "promise is made to be broken". Well, this phrase sounds true to me. Lying once is lying all the time as what a lawyer said to me. Many bosses or friends are promising something to you like a raise or giving a favor but did you have any experience with him before that will think you twice whether he is serious or can keep his promise? How many times did he lie to you? Once, twice or many times? My teacher said that if your boss when you are employed in the future who can't keep his words then it is time to look for another job. It is a waste of time staying in that company uncertain.

Liars previous statement will not agree to his new statement. I happened to met a woman who can act as if she is not hiding something, if not of the tape conversation that I heard that she was there talking, I might believe her. Some people are so good in it that you can't detect that they are lying. They have already acquired this personality mask on them. Beware of talkative people, they are good at it, but not all.

This is one of the unhealthy habits which you should avoid. Living in the world of lies is of course bad.

Judaism Conversion

I am a Catholic and I was born and raised that way. There are many religions in this world that I forget the others. Most of the common religion today is Judaism, Christian where the Catholic is the dominant and the other is Islam. These religion happened in the same place but different time and in fact the books are somewhat related to each other.

Other religion includes Buddhism, Mormons, Taoist and the oldest which is Hinduism in India. The argument said that she has a tumor or a rare case of cancer that affect her nasal and made her face ugly plus her eyes were popping out that will look her terribly ugly. She suffered this disease for eight years and it is irreversible so sooner or later she will still go to her grave. The debate by the medical people and church resulted to denial of her wish. In catholic faith in particular, suicide or killing anyone especially yourself is a mortal sin and the church will not even conduct a mass for you.

Sometimes and or more often I think it is not a good reason to deny the wish because even if you have a pet and you see that it suffers a lot then you have to end its suffering by killing it, why we could not do it to anyone who owns her or his body to grant her wish? If God will punish anyone who will do it then why did he let anyone suffer in the first place. Eight years is a long time to make the person mull and repent what he or she did if there is any sin all.
