Flax Seeds |
They come in a container like that of Quaker oats and others you have to blenders
or mill it. I took the easiest so it won't be a hassle for me; ready to mix with anything- you can mix it with yogurt or mix it with water or juice or just spread them in your food.
Flax seeds has amino acids, calcium, essential fatty acids, iron, magnesium, manganese, phosphorous, sulfur,potassium venadium, zinc, and Vitamins B-1, B-2, B-3,Vitamin B-5 and Vitamin E. It has also beta carotene and lecithin.
Flax seed promotes strong bones, nails and teeth and healthy skin. It is also useful for colon problems, female disorders and inflammation and of course lower the cholesterol as it is an excellent source of fiber.
