My best friend

I was looking for my high school classmate who disappeared in our country long ago. My other classmates told me that he is now living in United States of America and most likely in Florida. According to some of my classmates he is now a well to do guy there with some business which my classmates do not know. Since this guy is my best friend in high school I asked my other classmate in college to locate him in Florida and I do not know why he was able to locate my friend in a jail. My friend in college told me that based on the details that I gave him most likely my best friend landed in the jail.

He asked for a hillsborough county jail records and found out that my classmate in high school was selling drugs imported from Colombia.
