Fresh Juice for the summer

Right now I have a fever and I just keep on drinking juice like orange juice, calamansi juice and carrot juice. I ca not go for leave because we have a trainer and we have waited for him for a long time to come.

Here are some drugs that I take like paracetamol and Ampicillin as antibiotic which will kill germs and bacteria. Paracetamol is the generic name for Panadol, Tylinol and other related drugs. Buying generic drug can save you money because they are cheap but with the same quality of that branded drugs. Branding and advertisement makes the drugs expensive.

Here is my simple advice in taking pills, don't take different drugs at the same time. There might be a reaction to each drug that you will take. Follow the prescription but if you are not sure ask your doctor. There are many people who died because they accidentally took the drugs with wrong prescription, Health Ledger is of of them.

Drink plenty of water and other form of liquids. Water therapy is the best to clean your internal system.
