In my case I am contented with the money because it is enough though still I felt that am not well compensated by the company, my basic is very small that I complained why it is to small almost half with my total monthly salary. Yesterday there was a big discussion about our housing allowance because some of us were complaining especially to those who have a small basic salary. Saudi Arabia law dictates that you are entitled to receive 25% of you basic in a year as a housing allowance or that is equivalent to three months salary.
