My advice really is to find a bank that gives you an extra edge to others. Different banks, different policies, there are advantages and there are disadvantages. All you have to do is to weigh everything. There is also that term Cap. Ask the bank what does it means.
As far as I am concerned, I am happy with the bank that I apply with. They have a lot of credit cards to offer. I applied with them when my classmate in college said that the bank is good and don't charge too much. There is no hidden charge and the people there are approachable.
The best 0% balance transfer credit card depends on balance transfer fees that the bank offer. Don't be ashamed to ask them for best credit card deals. I am sure they will give you the best one. Every banks are eager to get you, in fact when they offer it through telephone, without your knowledge they will register you. Credit card is a big business for the bank. It is one of their major earner services.

Hi Edward - I'm curious to pick your brain about interchange fees. I work with UnfairCreditCardFees.com and we are fighting for increased transparency within the credit card industry. Most people don't realize they pay interchange fees every time they make a purchase - even if paying by cash.
Companies like Visa and Mastercard aren't willing to negotiate these fees, thus consumers and businesses suffer.
