Her blog is new because she has a few entries there and I see her PR is still zero but by the way she write, see she has a potential to be one of the best bloggers. She only need to be aware of the color combination in her blog. She might choose a lighter one like orange or something with a fade orange outer color. Her alexa ranking is fine, in fact mind is around 1,000,000 and decreasing. Sharon if you don't mind what is your secret for the alexa ranking?
Sharon's Blog is okay in terms of writing. She could improve the ranking by asking other people to link to her and she should opt for sites which has a high rank.
