For other people out there what I can suggest is keep on moving and sweat yourself out. You can choose a lot of activities which you enjoy. I enjoy walking and jogging with my friends and they are also trying to lose weight as well.
After jogging I drink a lot of water and eat fruits with a little cereals. You just need to divert your attention and start doing something. You can change also the foods that you usually eat and be healthy. Remember Health is wealth.
