There are lots of skin and hair cares that we overlook from the kitchen like lemons, orange, rice flour, honey, pumpkins, eggs and avocado to name a few.

According to Diane Irons, the author of many low-cost beauty books, including Bargain Beauty Secrets and Age-Defying Beauty Secrets: Look and Feel Younger Every Day that applying these product outside from your body is more effective than eating them.
1. Lemon juice with water is very good toner to your skin.
2. Orange slices can be good to your dull skin because it has vitamin C and the acid.
3. Rice flour or rice water waste before cooking is good to your skin. Wash your face with rice water waste you will get the different. This is a very old secret.
4. Avocado with small amount of lemon juice is a skin firmer.
5. One egg, one tablespoon of honey and half teaspoon of lemon juice combined is good in rough skin. Leave it about 20 minutes to 30 minutes and waste it before applying a freshener.
6. These are just some of the few tips.

They are very safe to do and will not cost you too much.
